I had a great experience with this company.! They were always available to take my calls any time of day…. I also liked the fact that it’s a family company!
They bought my house and land from me after my husband passed. I just couldn’t take care of the land and animals myself and just wanted to downsize… another plus is that they have a real estate company they partner with so they also found me another home that worked better for my needs (that went GREAT too).

I had dealt with Kristopher at Home Investors of America. GREAT young man who seemed incredibly knowledgeable, prepared, and respectful. I kept telling him that this just seemed too easy. He assured me that it indeed was easy, and that was the best part! No hiring of agents or random people in my home until it sold. I was offered a great price and the closing is Friday! And it’s only been three weeks since our initial meeting. I am very satisfied with this transaction and glad I called .
